Full time RedHat Linux system administrator responsible for 40 physical servers hosting several hundred customers from bare metal installation to daily maintenance and backups. On call 24×7 to respond to critical problems. Work closely with international ExLibris offices when server issues arise.

Responsible for all computer needs for the School of Engineering, Math, and Science. My primary responsiblities include: desktop deployment, Windows and Linux server administration, computer purchasing, technology research and recommendations, general IT solutions provider, manage several workers.

I did a part time internship at SNC over the summer as a programmer. We worked on several projects; however, C++ was the primary language that we used for a streaming video app.

Developed and presently maintain a Motorola HC11 simulator that is being used to teach the ENGR 233 course at Purdue University.

02/2001 to 01/2003

Applications Programmer
Argonne National Labs, Argonne, IL

Developed a GUI and help documentation for the GREET 1.6 (http://www.transportation.anl.gov/software/GREET) model utilizing VB6. The GREET program is used worldwide to calculate fuel emissions from well to pump.
