MPAA Steals Code for Anti Piracy Website

I just wanted to make sure that everyone noticed the hypocracy. Go to: http://www.mpaa.org/ReportPiracy.asp and click ‘view source’ and see for yourself. For anyone else, I wouldn’t find it all that big of a deal. But an anti-piracy witch hunt website? Credit is all he asks for in his source code. The MPAA doesn’t give that credit.

    I’m glad you blogged this digg article. The MPAA has since given the author of the code credit on their acknowledgements page. They must read Digg. :)

    Wow! That’s nice to know that they finally gave credit to the author of the code. It’s was really surprising that they would overlook something like that.
